Tarakan. Renowned actor and director Reza Rahadian returns to greet Indonesian audiences with his latest work entitled “Pangku” , which is scheduled to be released in cinemas starting November 6, 2025. This film is a special debut in the line of moving social drama films, bringing up a story that is very close to everyday reality: the struggle of women, especially mothers, in facing the harshness of life and limited choices.

Through “Pangku ,” Reza not only takes the director’s chair but also offers a profound and touching perspective on the role of mothers in society. He depicts how many women must navigate life amid oppressive, restrictive circumstances that often leave no room for wrong choices.
